Location is a well-loved family park, with good playgrounds and plenty of flat paths.
The cache is placed with permission of Oxford City Council. It forms part of the Minecrafty series but has unfortunately had to be changed from box suitable for swappables to a small nano, after local kids joined in the game rather too enthusiastically and kept removing contents!
Access and travel.
The park is usually open from dawn to dusk; check park gate notices carefully if it’s getting dark! Gates are on Rymers Lane, Florence Park Road, and Campbell Road.
Buses run to and from the city along Cowley Road, mainly stopping at Marsh Road, a 5 min walk away alongside Boundary Brook.
There is plenty of street parking available in Cricket Road but take care with two hour limit on weekdays. There is a small amount of parking available in the park via Rymers Lane.
There are several local and national cycle tracks that bring you near the park with a number of new bike racks
