Located in the Black River State Forest at the end of one of the scenic vista. The terrain is very hilly and it is a moderate hike to get to it. Park in the Wildcat parking area and take the cut across to the shelter and the trail from there to the cache. It took me 20min to hike in there, so plan a hour for this cache or more to really enjoy all of the trails. Enjoy all the views!!!
The cache is a ammo can with www.geocaching written all over it. Inside you will find a bunch of goodies, everything from kids toys to GPS software(please only take one). You will like it especially if you are a Garmin user. Plus a log book and a pen and pencil. I hope you all can visit it is not very far off of Interstate 94 and I think I made it diffuclt enough to be challenging but definitly worth someones while, even with kids in tow. The hills are a little steep, but trail all the way. Have fun and enjoy. ERH-in-WI
