Korvarundan "Isterband"

En traditionell svensk korv som görs av fläskkött, korngryn och potatis. På grund av att korven är utblandad har den en ganska låg kötthalt på runt 30 procent. Smaken är något syrlig och korven kombineras vanligtvis med senap och äts med fördel till stuvad potatis..
