Don't hate me too much...
No you don't need a boat for this one and it's fairly easy to spot but getting there is another story. Sure you can drive to the nearby private beach and spot it but its not accessible from there and the neighbors might get a bit grumpy as they're very protective of that beach. Theres a little old lady across the street who will come asking pointed questions should you daudle there too long.
You will need some equipment that most of us will have in the garage. You will need to carry that ungainly equipment through some bushes and stuff and lastly you will probably get your feet wet. Are you ready?
