Naturstien fra Eknes Vassverk og til toppen av Totlandsfjellet er den mest brukte veien opp til toppen. Totlandsfjellet er vel 250 moh, men det er likevel flott utsikt mot Osterøy og Gullfjellet med Osterfjorden i front.
