As stated in the name Fill the Void this cache fills a much-needed space on the Geocaching map. Simple logistics aside - within this business center there is a building for DFS Administrative work, Social-worker offices, and visits for Foster Care families.
Despite the bad-rap 'foster care' gets (from the occasional bad-apple in the caretaker bunch), this service fills a void in the lives of the many children, teenagers, and young-adults who are either temporarily or permanently displaced from their biological family. Our personal experience with Foster Care opened our eyes to the many kids in need of good influences in their life, even if that would only last a few weeks. Vegas especially has a great need for caretakers and step-in parents. For the actual Cache- this is a micro & tweezers will be needed. There is plenty of parking here so Do NOT park right at the posted coordinates. There are plenty of muggles around so be wise with your stealth. Since the DFS building is a government-run facility they are aware of their surroundings for Security purposes - this cache is Nowhere near this building.
