During the evening get-together during 2014's camping events weekend (GLFAJDTN) fellow cacher popop suggested that, with all the new caches being found during the multi-day campout, it would be OK for everybody to just cut & paste their logs for the day rather than come up with a different comment for each of the few dozen caches put out as a part of the event. After a couple of comments in response from various attendees, popop turned to me and (rather wryly, I should point out) that I would probably find some way to turn his idea into a new puzzle cache. Hmmmmmmmmm....
So...your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to check out my logs for the indicated day of the event (there are over 30). You will quickly notice that I took popop's idea seriously and provided a detailed log of the day's activities--and pasted that log into all of the 30+ caches I found that day. However, to create a puzzle for this area, I have altered some of these logs to provide clues to the coordinates for this puzzle cache. What are the changes?? Ah, there's the rub. To make this a truly challenging puzzle, I just can't tell you that. You will have to do some homework on your own. I can tell you that the final container is a typical one for the area you will be searching in. Also, if any of your findings result in a double-digit number, use only the LAST digit, but that's about it. The detective work is all your responsibility. Hints from me will NOT be given out until this has been found a few times. I am rating this as a 5-star difficulty...it's SUPPOSED to be hard!!!
But remember....blame popop!
