What the heck is this thing doing here anyway?

Another parking garage with another interesting view of Troy. If you look to the north and south, you'll see the backs of former warehouses that lined River Street. You are standing in the oldest neighborhood in Troy. Now granted, this dilapidated parking garage is not going to win any historic preservation awards, but it now hides a geocache. Enjoy the view whilst earning your smiley.
