This forest road NF 1828 does not have any caches along it while other roads in the area are well covered. Pretty drive especially in spring with wild rhododendrons and Bear Grass blooming.
The cache area has a remnant of a logging road and a visible trail leading from NF 1828. There was obvious logging activity here at some time in the past. Follow the trace of the logging road (NW) approximately 90-100 steps from the main forest road. Cache is hidden behind fallen tree trunk.
