You must have a raft (and be able to negotiate class 3 whitewater) to access this cache. That, or else be a very strong swimmer, willing to climb through difficult terrain to access the river at this location. I wouldn't recomend that though.
This cache is on an island in the Wenatchee river. Not to spoil it for you who enjoy a good hunt, but I'd hate to see some poor geocacher attempt this without the following knowledge.
The best and practically only way to access the island is via whitewater raft (not a kmart toy) or whitewater Kayak/Canoe. It is highly recomended you either know the river, or have a guide who does.
The name of the cache will probably give it away to someone who is very familiar with rafting the Wenatchee, but it's a feather in the cap of all geocacher's who bag this one.
Be careful of poisen ivy.
