Cache is not at posted coordinates!

Since it's the beginning of September, many students are heading back to school. With every class, you receive a syllabus/professor explaining what goes on in the class. I felt that geocachers shouldn't be exempt from this, as I learn more from geocaching (example: have a different pair of shoes dedicated for geocaching) than I do from school sometimes (example: mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell).

The puzzle of this puzzle cache is finding a set of coordinates by reading a syllabus. To make it a little more enjoyable for those solving, I made the syllabus that would be found in an "Introduction to Geocaching" class.
