Geocache Description:

Nice spot, popular this time of year.

The cache is in a large Rubbermaid container with a blue lid. It is clearly marked with the GeoCache labels. The terrain takes you either upon a dirt road or near and old iron bridge crossing Alabama's natural watershed, the Cahaba River. The last 100 feet or so is a brisk walk up a water valley. The cache is in the middle of three small trees together, slightly covered with vegetation. It has a pen inside and a small logbook. Please sign. I got a few variations on the coordinates, but the ones listed came up the most. At planting time it contained:
Bama¡¯s Greatest Games Vol 14 Alabama vs. Georgia 1945
Precious Moments 6 inch doll with stand
Seagull Series Nova Scotia VINTAGE stationery
Waiting to exhale CD
PH Decreaser for aquariums NEW
3 inch bobbin head doll
Green Pink Purple light stick
Jeff Gordon Lighter
Rusty Wallace Lighter
Ricky Rudd Lighter
Jeff Burton Lighter
5 USA Flag Pins
Two cassette set of "The Indwelling", Left Behind series by LaHaye and Jenkins
Take a minute to ponder the drifting water of the Little Cahaba River. It's a beautiful spot. WATCH FOR TICKS, THEY ARE TERRIBLE THIS TIME OF THE YEAR!
