When we first discovered where we would be living in Singapore, we studied the satellite images to figure out what we would be near and how we would get to school without a car. This footbridge caught our attention straight away, with its unique canopy and convenient crossing point on the river.
When we first walked across it, over a year ago now, it didn't disappoint. Weird starlings with red eyes, cute sparrows, kingfishers, egrets, herons, terrapins and all sorts of amazing fish looked back at us. We still enjoy crossing it and looking for the wildlife just as much today. We hope you can enjoy it too!
Access to the cache site is easy. The bridge goes over the Ulu Pandan Park Connector. Many major bus routes drop off nearby on Clementi Road and Clementi Ave 4. Clementi MRT is a 10 minute walk. HDBs with shops, parking and food courts can be found at either end of the footbridge.
The cache is well hidden. Please make sure it goes back well concealed. Do please walk away, look back and check it can't be seen by the many people that use this bridge.
It is not at all necessary to climb over the green railings. Please don’t be daft.
