This is a virtual cache located on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park. We recently visited the North Rim and were disappointed at the lack of caches in the area, so we decided to add a few of our own for fellow geocachers visiting the area.
Cape Royal and Angel's Window are canyon viewing points at the end of the Walhalla Plateau on the North Rim. This is the only place on the North Rim where you can see the Colorado River down in the canyon. The trail is about 2/3 of a mile round trip over flat terrain. It is an easy walk with many informative signs about flora and fauna along the way.
To log this cache, you must visit Cape Royal and upload a picture of yourself and GPSR next to the directional sign to Cape Royal (just as I have). An alternative to the picture is to email me and tell me what is the title (subject) of the informational sign across the footpath opposite of the directional sign I am standing next to in the attached picture. The sign was behind Amy as she took my picture.
Do not post your answer when you log the cache (even if encrypted). Logs that have not posted the picture, or emailed the answer will be deleted.
