CookmomKT: We do believe this cute cache has been muggled. We put as temporarily disabled in August 2017, hoping someone's conscience would cause them to return it. We checked very carefully in January, and as there is no sign of the cache - and we are moving from the area....we are now sadly Archiving Happy Halloween as of February 10, 2018.
