Virgojams: Going to let this one go. There is now a new apartment building right above the cache that was not there when this was originally placed almost ten years ago. Probably would not be smart to continue this cache as there are more cameras and especially windows right above this cache. It would make it more suspicious for cachers to go after this cache now.
