Located in the Blue grass nation... on the out skirts of downtown Franklin, Kentucky....Mr. Brown lays....
Mr. Brown lies near the ground on the outskirts downtown Franklin, Kentucky. He sees plenty of people travel US Hwy 31-w every day, and he might get a couple passerby people when they take a small tour down the gravel road near him. When you find, that is if you find Mr. Brown. ( don't let the color fool you)... Inside him, you will find swag and log to sign. The new cache was placed 12-30-18
