Many areas of the inner west contain fine old housing estates. Creewood st was recognised in 2008 as the best preserved heritage precinct in the Canada bay council area. If you like that sort of thing, its worth a walk up and down.
The street was developed and built in 1926-27. It is best described as "interwar Californian bungalows". This type of building, familiar to many in Sydneys inner west has large gables, front verandahs, single storey, dark brick and tiled roofes.
I have added a waypoint for convenient parking, its not always an easy street to drive in and out of. There is a laneway near the waypoint.
