Dazed and Confused Traditional Cache

Placed close to a busy intersection downtown. This cache is likely going to make you scratch your head. But perseverance will pay off! 

Plenty of parking should be available on the side of the road near the cache on a couple of blocks in multiple directions. You just may have to walk a little bit. There are other quality caches near by to make the trip worth it! This is a very high muggle area after about 10 am until dark. With all the lights searching at night should not be a problem.
