Geocache Description:

This should be a quick and easy find and give you a chance to look at the Harundale houses

In the 1940's Harundale was built.  It contained 1013 prefabricated houses with just two styles, one with three rooms and one with four, both on a concrete slab with the heating built into it.  The houses sold for $6,900.  It was one of largest prefabricated developments in America.  In the ensuing 70+ years people have changed the exteriors and built onto the houses.  They have changed the windows and the type of heating.  But underneath it all these houses still have the same basic seed.

The house next door is fairly close to the original type and has the original windows.

You are welcome to walk in the front yard, but please don't hurt small bushes.  Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after.
