Ikanago no Kugini which young Ikanago fish are simmered in soy source and mirin is well-known as a regional cuisine of Kobe in the spring-time.
There is the theory that Tarumi is a birthplace of Kugini.
In spring-time Kugini is made at every home so you will smell Kugini cooking in many parts of town.
