NOTE: This cache is located on the Lenox Dale Fire Company grounds. As such please be mindful of the event of an actual emergency response in progress. That will take priority over caching. Do not park in the driveways of the fire station in front of the engine bays. Park safely along the street in front of or along side of the fire station.
The Lenox Dale Fire Company was formed in August of 1902. It was the first of the three companies that make up the fire department to form, and was followed by the Lenox Fire Company in 1909 (after the Easter Sunday Fire) and the New Lenox Fire Company in 1955. The station was build in 1936 and has been in operation since. It currently houses Engine No. 6.
Please hide the cache exactly where you found it.
