Damson Traditional Cache

A quiet street in suburban Proserpine.

A purple Hydralyte tube. Log only. Damson is a native rainforest tree common in this area although none actually in this street. It has large green leaves that turn red in winter much like northern hemisphere diciduous trees. The larger tree near the cache is a Bumpy ash also a local rainforest tree. The garden was planted in 2008 when we built this house and is made up of mostly edible plants. If we are home please give us a "cooee".
