After solving The North Star's Crossnumber PRIMEr puzzle I became fascinated by the large number of prime numbers that could be packed into just a simple two-by-two array. I eventually found an interesting design, a sort of prequel to TNS' puzzle, that should be just as easy if not easier to solve.
The following two-digit numbers are all primes.
ACROSS:

CD

The following combinations are also primes.
