207 acres of oaks, pines, soft maples, high quality marsh, oak savanna and Meteer Lake. Special facilities are provided for hunters and fishermen. There are field archery targets and a wooded 3-D archery trail with life-sized game targets. $5.00 fee for 3-D trail. Trails and fishing dock are accessible. Picnic tables and grills are provided.
Visited this park for the first time recently and thought it was the coolest place. The walking path has life size archery targets all along it that are really cool. Watch for snakes along trail I saw 5 or 6 on my walk around the park. You are looking for a plastic matchstick holder in a small stump. NONE OF MY HIDES ARE BY OR BEHIND TARGETS.
