The safest place to park is South of the cache in the subdivision call The Links (hence the cache name) and follow the side walk to the cache. There is parking at the cache, but pulling back out on Raceway Road can be difficult as the hills to the North and South block your view of the traffic. Not many people or homes, maybe a few bikes or people jogging.
