This geocache is located at the old Richmond Mall. Unfornuately, as businesses generally do, they move to bigger and better buildings, so this building is left standing there with almost no businesses left and deteriorating at a rapid pace.
There aren't many muggles you will have to watch for, but there are a few. The coordinates are very close to where the cache is. You are looking for a small "camo" cache with room for log only. BYOP! Caching can be done during day or night; the parking lot is well lit.
