Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in honor of my two grandsons, Littlesteps09 and Littlesteps11, who spent an afternoon out here maintaining caches and wearing out their little legs.  Along the way, we found this overlook.  The Littlesteps helped with the placement of this hide. There is a very steep bank near the cache so keep a close eye on the kiddos!

This cache may not be winter friendly if there is a lot of snow (unless you are willing to dig your way to ground level).

Larson Lake Trail is a multi-purpose trail system; hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding. The terrain is rolling hills. Trails go through a predominately oak forest. Many trail segments encircle tamarack and black spruce bogs. Large diameter red and white pines are also present in several areas. Intermediate skiing ability is suggested.

**You will need a DNR ski pass for this trail if you are skiing during the winter. Please respect the groomed trails if you choose to hike during the winter.**

Congratulations on the FTF MNBuzzards!
