This cache may not be winter friendly if there is a lot of snow (unless you are willing to dig your way to ground level).
Larson Lake Trail is a multi-purpose trail system; hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding. The terrain is rolling hills. Trails go through a predominately oak forest. Many trail segments encircle tamarack and black spruce bogs. Large diameter red and white pines are also present in several areas. Intermediate skiing ability is suggested.
**You will need a DNR ski pass for this trail if you are skiing during the winter. Please respect the groomed trails if you choose to hike during the winter.**
Congratulations on the FTF MNBuzzards!
