Geocache Description:

Quick park and grab with some local history and awesome views. Ample parking right at GZ. Respect the site and the property of others. CITO is appreciated here. Bring your own pen and camera.

This cache is placed as a way to bring people to this historic site. There are historic markers and info. signs at GZ. The info. rock is in bad shape, but legible in most places. The newer plaque/sign is in much better condition and contains info. about why this is a historic site. There appears to be a map on the rock containing the other historic sites but it is washed out and unreadable. If I can find them online or at another site, I'll post a picture here for those who would like to visit the other sites. This is one of the oldest known crossings in the state and began as a game trail. This area is known as Badito.

Please respect the site and be very careful around the structure. As usual in this type of terrain be watchful for slithers and critters.

Please cover the cache very well so it can bring people here for years to come. The weeds hide it well now but when they are gone it still needs to be invisible to muggles. Make good use of the rocks.
