The Westerville Parks and Recreation budget for 2015 is more than $10 million. It seems like there are dozens of off the beaten path parks. Geocaching has been a great way for our family to find some of these hidden gems. This geocache will take you to one of the most scenic picnic spots in Westerville. You might even forget you are in Westerville, especially on a beautiful fall day.
