The cache is a small container that has been camouflaged with its surroundings, the inner cavity is less than a 35mm canister so unfortunately no room for swaps or trackables, only the log book.
It's easily accessible from the road (Vine St.) but is placed on private property with the owners permission, yet it isn't necessary to go far on the property to retrieve it.
The coordinates might be a bit off as you'll be under a lot of tree cover, but you'll only need to stick to the road/ garden boundary area for your search.
