The Coastal Resources Management Council has created several areas for public access to the RI shoreline. A few steps lead you down to the shore facing west along Point Judith Pond. This little known site is available for picnicking, swimming, wildlife observation and walking.
The cache is dry at all but the very highest of high tides. Tricky spot, so the hint is very specific.
