First in a string of several... quick park and grab in a residential area. BYOP

This is the first of a string of several geocaches and the first ever for this gal, nicknamed by my sister at an early age, Bean will always be a name I answer to. I grew up in this house and my mother still lives here to this day. No need to enter the property for the fairly easy find. Homeowner and across the street neighbors are hip to our game so say hey if they happen to be out gardening when you stop by. BYOP
