The park was named after the Aboriginal word the [White Mulberry]a plant that is native to this area and eaten by the local Aboriginal people.
As you walk around the park you can imagine what life would have been like for the native Aboriginal.
Creeks over flowing and an abundance of fish and other wildlife.
Today I spotted a green tree snake, turtles and numerous birds and spiders plus a mosquito or two.
Clinging vines, ferns and trees
At times the water is a meter or two higher due to the heavy rainfall that can fall in this area.
So please take care when locating this cache not only for the water but also for snakes and other wildlife you may come across.
