#1 St. Clare's Trail Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Rib Ticklers: This was once a beautiful and well-maintained trail, which is no longer being cared for. Due to the decline in the condition of this trail and the fact that someone stole the ammo boxes at #2 and #4, we have lost interest in this series. All of the cache containers have been removed.

Many thanks to those who visited and enjoyed the hides!

Happy Caching!

Geocache Description:

This cache is the First of four caches on the St. Clare's Hospital walking trail.

First, you'll need to park near: N 44 53.414, W 89 34.452

From there you'll head out to Cache 1 at the posted coordinates.  You're looking for a camo film container.

You'll want to stay on the trail to get all of the caches in this series. There are a couple different ways to get to there, but NO bushwhacking is required.

The Final cache is an ammo box. But you'll need to solve a puzzle to get it opened.  If you don't want to solve the puzzle, no problem, the solution is at the bottom of the Log Notes on the Final cache.

Be sure to watch for hospital muggles, who often walk these trails during their lunch hour.

We would like to express our gratitude to Les Explorateurs USA for this series of caches. They conceived this idea and placed the original cache. It is a fun idea, and we feel honored to be able to offer the experience to a new generation of cachers. Merci Beaucoup Les Explorateurs USA.

Permission to place this series of caches was granted by St Clare's Hospital President, Mary Krueger.
