The Tread of Pioneers Museum in Steamboat Springs features turn-of-the-century furnishings, interactive exhibits of the local and regional history of Native Americans, skiing, agriculture, mining, pioneer settlement, town development, and more.

To find the geocache hidden at the museum, you must gather some basic clues around the facility (Part I), and use this information to create the secret phrase (Part II), revealing its hidden location!

PART I - Visit the waypoints below and collect the missing numeric values from the phrases listed below. Assign each missing number to its corresponding letter. For example, if Z = "__80 invading aliens", and you found the phrase "5280 invading aliens" on a specified sign, the value of Z would equal the digits used to fill in the blank (in this case "52").

Sign One : "The Utterback House" - N40° 29.237' W106° 50.041'

A = __4 Oak Street
B = 19__, Karin Utterback-Normann
C = 19__, the John A Utterback family

Sign Two : "Lincoln Avenue Fountain" - N40° 29.233' W106° 50.037'

D = November __
E = 19__, the American Legion
F = late 19__s

Sign Three: "1943 Allis-Chalmers M7 Snow Tractor" - N40° 29.240' W106° 50.018'

G = Accompanying one-ton M__
H = Tread of Pioneers Museum in 19__

Sign Four: "The Zimmerman House" - N40° 29.236' W106° 50.022'

I = In 19__ Earnest Campbell
J = In 19__, the Tread of Pioneers Museum first opened

Part II - Write the numeric sequence derived from the values for A B C D E A B F G H B I J (in this exact order!). Then use this numeric sequence to generate the secret phrase using the words below. This phrase will lead you to the final container!

For example if A=9, B=15, C=23, and D=35, those letters would generate the secret phrase 9 15 23 35 (or "MOUSE HOLE FAKE CHEESE").
