A tunnel allows the trail to run under Ronald Reagan Pkwy. It was built in 2005. Since its completion, the tunnel walls have been adorned with mural paintings. To figure out the coordinates, find the following:

All the information you need to solve the puzzle can be found in the tunnel. To access the tunnel, use The B&O Trail. An entrance to the trail is listed below as a Trailhead, along with a parking suggestion. But you may be able to find closer parking. The final location is along the B&O Trail. BYOP. It has been placed with the help and permission of my mom, who just happens to be the B&O Trail Association, Inc. President. The trail is only open from dawn to dusk. Please no night caching.
