The difficulty rating is due to the muggles at GZ, although I think there will be fewer than at the former location!
STEALTH STEALTH STEALTH ! The cache will be easy to find, but getting it out and back will be tricky! When returning it be sure to leave it in just about the same location.
Be careful of the flow of traffic while getting the cache! It'd be best not to have little ones try for it! And it's a micro, so BYOP!
