This cache has been placed by the Department of Conservation as part of Conservation Week (10-18 September 2016). Be in to win some awesome prizes during this time.. It is advisable to print out your Geocache description before heading out to find the cache as there may be no cellphone coverage in this area. Boundary Stream Mainland Island is located inland from Tutira. Turn off State Highway 2 onto Matahorua Road. Travel up the road and then turn left onto Pohokura Road. Travel up Pohokura Road, past the Lake Opouahi and Bellbird Bush signs until you get to the Boundary Stream Mainland Island carpark. Part of your trip will be on gravel road.
