The cache is placed outside an abandoned electircal substation on the North Eastern coast of Qatar which houses a number of very large holiday villas in various stages of development and occupation. There is no specific reason for placing the cache here other than to attract others to the area.
The cache location is accessible using sedan motor vehicles, however in always ensure the vehicle you are using is in good working order and you have plenty of water and rations with you incase of emergency, especially in the hot summer months.
