This used to be an open field with an old house on it. For the longest time it stayed emptied and I've always wondered when the owner will sell it as it is completely surrounded by the highway and shopping centers. Finally a large outdoor supply store has arrived and many people awaited for it's grand opening. At the very end of shopping center there are a couple of picnic tables (I hope they won't be moving it around). And near the back employee parking area. There are several pine trees amongst the table. It kind of gave you a feeling like you are relaxing at a forest surrounded by pine trees. Thought it should be far enough away with less muggles to place this cache.
Note: I am told the picnic tables are no longer there. It has become a smoking area? I hope they will put back the tables as it is a nice area to just hang out for a little bit. And Please don't smoke in the forest! Update: 9/20/21 - The tree where I hid the cache has grown so much. The branches have been trimmed off and the cache is lost. So I had to rethink where I want to put the cache. The trees are no longer a good choice since they trim them quite often. New Spot maybe about 30 feet from the tree towards the hotel. You are looking for a small Altoids can.
