Zeus Jonze: After a year of no finds I returned to the island to check and do maintenance if necessary. When I placed the cache in the fall there was no wildlife on the island, but just as cwrfish and chemdevil reported last year, there were geese a plenty here now, using the island as a nesting site. I found the cache still in place, but a nest of eggs was only 6 inches away. I decided to remove this cache permanently so as not to disrupt the nests with any future finds. I think I'll rename this place Goose Island.
