Blue Knob View Traditional Cache

I travel Route 164 from Portage to Roaring Spring every day for work. I was surprised that there were no caches along this route. Here's one of my attempts to correct that!   

This should be an easy park n grab at a nice scenic viewing spot. Off to the southeast, you can see Blue Knob Mountain, the highest skiable mountain in Pennsylvania. In the wintertime, you can see the lights and the slopes from here. Off to the west of Blue Knob Mountain is Herman Point (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herman_Point for more info), with the old access/fire towers. There is a hiking/backpacking trail that ends up there called the Lost Turkey Trail (see http://dcnr.state.pa.us/forestry/recreation/hiking/stateforesttrails/lostturkeytrail/index.htm for more info).
