Road to Nowhere #1 Mystery Cache

This cache contains a 2 digit number UV. Be sure to note the number before you go, but please don't take it with you!

For any journey, even nowhere, a traveler is needed. Knowing who the traveler is will lead to the location of the first cache.

He can't drive his car, and he doesn't have a ticket to ride.

Ignoring spaces, the name of the traveler corresponds to the last 5 digits of each of the coordinates.  Where the name is ABCDEFGHIJ

Be careful of delivery and shopping muggles. Stealth is very necessary. I recommend early morning if going on the weekend.
