Start at the posted coordinates so you can begin to site in your aim! Posted here are the "Range Rules". With these rules, you can get to stage 1.

A = Rule that states "When shooting is complete, police your brass and targets."
B = Rule that states "Eye and ear protection are recommended."
C = Rule that states "No intoxicating substances or intoxicated persons are permitted on the club grounds."
Stage 2 - You will find a small container that inside will be visual clues that will provide coordinates to the final stage.

The caches are placed with permission on the property of the Blair County Game, Fish, and Forestry Association. The property is also used as a shooting range. ALL paths and roads are safe from the ranges and safe for hiking. There are well marked signs where not to walk. Please be sure to wear blaze orange during hunting seasons. There is no fee for hiking on the property.
