chuck80196: Well, I'm going to let this one go. I don't want to give Geocaching any kind of black eye. Just for the record this cache was on a guard rail. The last person that "logged" it claimed it to be on private property. It was not. I attempted to contact them but they did not respond. So say goodbye to "No Excuses V.
