Geocache Description:

A small plastic click lock box placed near to Jupiter to partially complete the Planets Scultpure/Geocache series around Stanley.

Contains a small log book and pencil.

Please do not interfere with the sculpture itself.

Please remember to close any gates you open on the way to/from the cache.

Please park at the waypoint and proceed on foot.

Find Planet Jupiter during your visit to Stanley and as part of the larger "Solar System Sculpture Walk" designed and constructed by local sculptor and artist, Rob Yssel.

This 1:1 billion scale model is made from recycled materials and is the only one of its kind in the world – with all planets in the line of sight and the sun sculpture observable from every planet.

Further details about the Solar System Sculpture Walk can be found in the leaflet available from the Jetty Tourist Centre in Stanley.

Planet Nepture and Saturn are nearby, so can be visited on the way to Jupiter if you have time.
