bflentje: It's had a great run. Three years as a large ammocan in the busy woods and never been stolen. Time was running out so thought I'd cut it off at the pass. Only one more Found It allowed following ASLGirl of a known finder. All others will be deleted as I pulled the container and have the log in my hands.

Hey doublemoose, when you going to get to 12,000?

Geocache Description:

Another Wherigo adventure brought to you by bflentje in order to celebrate Doublemoose's 10,000th find. The final cache is NOT hidden at the listed coordinates, and I wouldn't recommend looking there unless you'd like to get wet. It is hidden somewhere within Lebanon Hills Regional Park requiring a hike of about a .7 mile or so from the parking lot (just short of 1.4 miles round trip).

In order to complete this Wherigo geocache, download the cartridge from here or use the RELATED WEB PAGE link above and then install it on your GPS or Smartphone.

This Wherigo geocache utilizes the Wonder Wherigo Cartridge. When you run the cartridge, you will be asked how many codes you have. In this instance you will choose SIX. You will then be asked to enter each of the six codes and you should enter the codes shown below IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE SHOWN below. Once the codes are entered properly, you will be able to proceed with your adventure. In order to log this as a Found It online your signature must be on the paper log.

NOTE: This Wherigo geocache requires the updated version of the Wonder Wherigo cartridge. You must download and play the cartridge version 1.5 (or later). So, if you downloaded the cartridge prior to 08/06/2017, you MUST DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION.

The codes for this Wherigo geocache are the following (each code is seven digits)..

1. 0173346

2. 4197004

3. 7488397

4. 4043467

5. 7711402

6. 9237830

Please remember that this cartridge has been programmed for use primarily on Smartphones. It might run properly on Wherigo-enabled GPS devices but there are no guarantees. Also, if it DOES run on your Wherigo-enabled GPS device, the audio experience WILL BE LOST.

On your way to the final, you should be able to stay on the well traveled HIKING TRAILS until the last 150' or so. No need to travel down the equestrian trails.

This cache has been registered with Dakota County Parks.

What is Wherigo?

For those of you who don't know, Wherigo was created as a means to introduce the adventure game concept into geocaching by making it easy for anyone to create and play location-based adventures in the real world. Using Wherigo, the physical world becomes the background for engaging story lines and location-specific virtual entertainment.

Wherigo is a platform that allows you to build location based GPS experiences on your computer and play them in the real world. Rather than searching for puzzle clues on a screen, you look for them in the field. Using Wherigo, you can create interactive tours, adventure games and puzzles... the possibilities are endless.

How can I play this Cartridge?

First off, you'll need the appropriate Wherigo Player on a Wherigo compatible Hardware (Pocket PC, Garmin Oregon or Colorado GPS, Android Smartphone, or iPhone).

If you do not have one already, click on the links to the right to download the one you need. Once you have a player, you just need to download the cartridge for that player. You can do that by clicking on the title banner above or the top link to the right.
