I’ve recently started walking the geohounds here as its near my aunties and her wee dog is needing walked.
However there were no geocahes and a lovley park like this really needs a geocahe or 5
Springburn Park has one of the most beautiful rockeries in Scotland, a garden of peace and three wildlife ponds. Extensive spring and summer bedding, a formidable collection of bulbs, wallflowers and polyanthus are planted throughout the park
The park is filled with evergreen and flowering trees, shrubs, rhododendrons, heaths, rock and alpine plants.

Balgrayhill Road Springburn Glasgow G21
Situated in the north of the city in the park is bounded by Broomfield Road, Balornock Road, Balgrayhill Road.
Opening Times The park is open from Dawn till Dusk daily however the specific facilities within the park are subject to opening times.

Facilities The park has a wide variety of facilities to suit all age groups.
Local Facilities
History Glasgow Corporation acquired the land for Springburn Park in 1892. At this time the land was indifferent agricultural land with the remains of an ironstone pit at one corner and an old quarry at the other.
