Black Creek Park has many miles of named trails as well as unamed trails that appear on the park trail maps. There are also several well marked trails such as the blue and yellow blazed ones that appear on no maps. This is off a trail that is neither of them, but is currently marked by small orange flags stuck in the ground. I discovered it accidentally while looking for places to hide a new cache.
The cache is a small lock-n-lock container. Orignal contents include notebook and pen, several brainteaser puzzles, a pack of glowsticks, and a ziploc with 10 bandaids in it. (Those may come in handy after bushwhacking near thorns for other caches in the park).
There are two parts to this cache. The first part is a field puzzle, the second is a waypoint created using the location you are at. The created waypoint will lead to the cache.
Starting from the trailhead, follow the trail to your right. You will need to find the curly-q shaped tree along the path. Use the picture of the tree as reference. Curly-Q Tree Once at the tree, create a waypoint that is 208 feet and 158 degrees from your current location.
